Our desire is to support both you and your loved one on that journey with a personalized program designed to aid each resident. We initiate a personalized care plan and shape them to best care for your loved one. We’ll help you prepare your loved one for the transition to Memory Care and support them to feel calm, engaged, and experience joy.

When your loved one joins our community, we will have a plan in place designed with the personal care services that best meet their current needs and abilities.

  • No, not all memory care communities are the same. At Sunny Grove, our communities offer our residents beautiful living arrangements, with a gracious style of living, a safe, secure community, friendly neighbors, and newfound freedom from daily chores.

  • Yes, our apartment homes offer residents a choice of two-floor plans with living areas, private bathrooms, safety support bars in baths, kitchenettes, carpeting, draperies and/or blinds, complete apartment maintenance, emergency call systems, sprinkler systems, smoke alarms, laundering of bed and bath linens, and weekly housekeeping, as well as air conditioning/heating, private telephone jacks, and cable TV service.

  • Sunny Grove delivers individualized care and services in a home-like environment by a well-trained staff. Our caregivers go through progressive, multi-level training to serve with compassion while recognizing the individuality of each resident.

  • We encourage residents to be as active as they possibly can be. We design and tailor daily activities to meet the particular needs, capabilities, and interests of the residents, including lectures, activities, and self-help classes.

  • All of the Sunny Grove plans provide three nutritious, home-cooked meals daily and tasty snacks throughout the day.

  • No, we do not accept Medicare and Medicaid as a form of payment.

  • We do not supply furnishings.

  • Yes, we provide residents with Wifi and Cable TV access.
